Private Medical Insurance

It is important that you receive the best possible medical treatment quickly and conveniently - it is also important to Varonis that you stay fit and healthy. As part of the Varonis Employee Benefits Scheme all employees have full access to a fully comprehensive private medical insurance.

Pension

The Varonis Pension Plan is a fully flexible, tax-efficient investment plan that helps you save to provide a pension income for your retirement. Contributions from both you and the Company are paid into a fund which is then invested with the aim of growing the fund that can be used to provide an income when you stop working.

  • Eligibility- All employees are eligible to participate in the pension plan
  • The Varonis Pension Plan is insured by Royal London, one of the largest insurers in the world.

 

Group Life Assurance

Reassurance that your loved ones will be financially secure in the event of your death. As a Varonis employee, you are entitled to life assurance cover, which provides a tax-free lump sum of four times your basic salary in the event of your death, for your dependants.

Childcare Vouchers

Childcare vouchers are a government sponsored ‘family friendly’ initiative, which is designed to help parents meet the increasing cost of care for their children.

  • All employees are eligible to purchase Childcare Vouchers from joining provided they are the parent or have the relevant responsibility of children up to the age of 16.

Cycle 2 Work

The Cycle 2 Work scheme provides the opportunity to pay for a bike through payroll deductions from gross pay, resulting in tax and national insurance savings.

Eligibility: All employees are able to join the Cycle 2 Work scheme after 3 months of joining Varonis.

  • To benefit from the scheme the bicycle must be used for at least 50% of your journey to work.
  • Cost to You You can choose a bicycle and cycling safety equipment between the value of £200 and £1000.

 

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

The Varonis employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) allows employees the opportunity to become company shareholders at a discount and to have a personal stake in the long-term success of Varonis. 

 

Varonis has selected Morgan Stanley to support our ESPP, and they are providing a dedicated support team as well as their StockPlan Connect website.

Charity Matching

The Company will match (dollar for dollar or a 1:1 ratio) contributions up to a maximum of $100 per full-time employee per calendar year as budget allows 

If the donor makes several contributions, gifts will be matched in the order received, up to the maximum annual donor limit for the calendar year.

To make a matching request: 

  • Forward your donation receipt to dl-hr@varonis.com for approval
  • Once approved, HR will send you via DocuSign the Varonis Matching Gifts Form to fill out 
  • Once the form is processed, the matching gift will be scheduled for payment in the next distribution process.

 

Volunteer Time Off - VTO 

All full-time employees are eligible to participate in this program after six (6) months from date-of-hire.

To make a VTO Request: 

  • An employee must submit a VTO request to HR for review of eligibility before then submitting such request to his/her supervisor.
  • Once approved by HR, employees can submit VTO time off approval similar to the procedure of a regular time off (PTO) request, noting the name of the organization in the request.
