Employee Referral Program

401K Retirement Savings
Eligible employees may enroll in the Plan or access their accounts virtually at any time; employer match of up to 5%
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
The Varonis employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) allows employees the opportunity to become company shareholders at a discount and to have a personal stake in the long-term success of Varonis.
Varonis has selected Morgan Stanley to support our ESPP, and they are providing a dedicated support team as well as their StockPlan Connect website.
Eligible employees must elect to participate in the plan by enrolling https://www.stockplanconnect.com/
Charity Matching
The Company will match (dollar for dollar or a 1:1 ratio) contributions up to a maximum of $100 per full-time employee per calendar year as budget allows
If the donor makes several contributions, gifts will be matched in the order received, up to the maximum annual donor limit for the calendar year.

Varonis has partnered with Crunch Gyms located across the United States and offers a corporate discount program.

Health Benefits
Medical/ Dental & Vision. Fully insured through United HealthCare.
Flex Spending Account (FSA)
Allows you to set aside a portion of current earnings on a pretax basis (if your Insperity tax status qualifies you) for reimbursement of qualifying health care expenses incurred during the year that are not otherwise covered by a health plan. Using pretax dollars to pay for expenses helps to reduce your taxable income. Open enrollment for this option if you decide not to enroll within the 30 day window is in November-December for the following calendar year (2018).

More information is available in the ESC and this account is for individuals enrolled in a high deductible health plan.
Basic Life and Accident
This coverage provides group term life insurance. Payment will be made to your designated beneficiary if you die while the policy is in effect. Please be sure to designate a beneficiary through the ESC.
