Employee Referral Program

In 2018 we made some changes to the program. See the updated referral bonus amounts below:

  • $2,000 Bonus for SR’s and SE’s
  • $2,000 Bonus for SR and SE Managers
  • $1,000 Bonus for all other roles
  • $2,000 Bonus if 3 more candidates are referred and hired in the same year

 

401K Retirement Savings

Eligible employees may enroll in the Plan or access their accounts virtually at any time; employer match of up to 5%

 

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

The Varonis employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) allows employees the opportunity to become company shareholders at a discount and to have a personal stake in the long-term success of Varonis. 

 

Varonis has selected Morgan Stanley to support our ESPP, and they are providing a dedicated support team as well as their StockPlan Connect website.

Charity Matching

The Company will match (dollar for dollar or a 1:1 ratio) contributions up to a maximum of $100 per full-time employee per calendar year as budget allows 

If the donor makes several contributions, gifts will be matched in the order received, up to the maximum annual donor limit for the calendar year.

To make a matching request: 

  • Forward your donation receipt to dl-hr@varonis.com for approval
  • Once approved, HR will send you via DocuSign the Varonis Matching Gifts Form to fill out 
  • Once the form is processed, the matching gift will be scheduled for payment in the next distribution process.

 

Volunteer Time Off - VTO 

All full-time employees are eligible to participate in this program after six (6) months from date-of-hire.

To make a VTO Request: 

  • An employee must submit a VTO request to HR for review of eligibility before then submitting such request to his/her supervisor.
  • Once approved by HR, employees can submit VTO time off approval similar to the procedure of a regular time off (PTO) request, noting the name of the organization in the request.

Varonis has partnered with Crunch Gyms located across the United States and offers a corporate discount program.

Health Benefits

Medical/ Dental & Vision. Fully insured through United HealthCare.

  • Nationwide - PPOs and HDHP’s.
  • Dental – Provider is UHC Dental.
  • Vision – Provider is Vision Service Plan (VSP).

 

Flex Spending Account (FSA)

Allows you to set aside a portion of current earnings on a pretax basis (if your Insperity tax status qualifies you) for reimbursement of qualifying health care expenses incurred during the year that are not otherwise covered by a health plan. Using pretax dollars to pay for expenses helps to reduce your taxable income. Open enrollment for this option if you decide not to enroll within the 30 day window is in November-December for the following calendar year (2018).

 

Health Savings Account

More information is available in the ESC and this account is for individuals enrolled in a high deductible health plan.

  • A health savings account (HSA) is a type of consumer-owned and managed savings account established by an individual with qualifying high deductible health plan (HDHP) coverage. The account owner may deposit money into his or her HSA in order to pay for qualified health expenses and save for future medical and retiree health expenses.

 

Basic Life and Accident 

This coverage provides group term life insurance. Payment will be made to your designated beneficiary if you die while the policy is in effect. Please be sure to designate a beneficiary through the ESC.

  • This coverage also provides group personal accidental insurance (PAI) to those who are eligible. Basic PAI coverage provides benefits for total disability or death occurring within 365 days of a covered accident, or for the accidental loss of a limb or eyesight. (PAI coverage may also be known as Accidental Death and Dismemberment or "AD&D" coverage.) With basic PAI coverage, you are covered on the job or off the job, at home or away from home. 
  • There is no cost for basic term life and personal accident insurance (PAI) coverage, since the coverage is employer-paid.

 

Paternal and Parental Leave

  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for employees that have given birth
  • 1 week of paternity leave for eligible employees
