Hear from Rachel Wilson, Head of Data Security at Morgan Stanley and former NSA executive, and Julie Talbot-Hubbard, the SVP of Cyber Protection and Identity at Optiv, who has held several CISO positions. They will share their advice about how security programs should evolve for the future.

Matt Radolec
Matt Radolec is the Senior Director of Incident Response and Cloud Operations at Varonis, leading a global team of security and cloud experts. His teams were built to help organizations adopt a data-centric approach to cybersecurity by securing information assets from the inside out. Since its inception in 2017 the Varonis Incident Response Team, led and created by Radolec, has thwarted thousands of insider threats and cyberattacks, including notable breaches by Blackcat, Darkside, REvil, Trickbot and more. Radolec has over a decade of hands-on cybersecurity experience, holding prior roles of Cyber Threat Program Manager at WilmerHale and Cybersecurity Technical Lead at SRA International. Julie Talbot-Hubbard
Julie has nearly 20 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and data management across numerous industry verticals. As the Senior Vice President of Cyber Protection and Identity at Optiv, Julie is accountable for developing and implementing identity, risk and data protection services that protect organizations’ most critical. Julie has held key transformative CISO and Data Leadership positions at Symantec, The Ohio State University, Cardinal Health, J.P. Morgan Chase, Nationwide Insurance, and SunTrust Bank.
Julie serves on several industry boards: The Identity Defined Security Alliance, Cyberstarts, and ForgePoint Capital. She is also an active Board member of Women in Technology (WIT), Optiv’s Diversity and Inclusion, and Optiv Women’s Network.
